Healthcare FP&A Domain Expert, Applied AI

Translucent is seeking a Healthcare FP&A Domain Expert to join their AI platform development team. This role involves leveraging deep expertise in financial planning and analysis within the healthcare sector to guide the creation of AI agents for finance teams. You will collaborate with engineering and product teams, and work directly with customers to translate financial requirements into technical solutions.

• Provide subject-matter expertise in financial planning & analysis for AI research
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to develop AI systems
• Build benchmarks and datasets to evaluate AI models for FP&A tasks
• Partner with customers to understand planning cycles and translate requirements
• 7 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or investment banking
• Proficiency with financial models, spreadsheets, and FP&A tools
