Financial Analyst

Join CAE as a Financial Analyst to support the Transformation Director, VP Treasurer, and CFO. You will track project forecasts, analyze financial performance, develop strategic plans, and prepare reports for senior management. This role requires a university degree in accounting or finance, a professional designation (CPA, CFA), and at least eight years of experience.

• Track and consolidate Transformation project forecasts
• Challenge assumptions, highlight risks, and assess impacts
• Provide monthly financial updates to senior leadership
• Coordinate cross-segment inputs and guide new business cases
• Participate in financial forecasting, performance analysis, and strategic planning
• Develop and maintain financial models, identifying risks and opportunities
