About this role
Trimble is seeking a Customer Retention Analyst to join their Customer FP&A team. This role will leverage business intelligence to improve customer retention, optimize customer lifetime value, and drive operational efficiency across customer-facing teams. You will build BI models, spearhead renewal and churn frameworks, and champion customer analytics to maximize platform stickiness.
What we are looking for
6- Build sophisticated Business Intelligence models for retention insights
- Spearhead renewals and churn assumption frameworks
- Champion customer analytics to track Lifetime Value and NPS
- Drive operational efficiency across customer-facing teams
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial analysis or SaaS FP&A
- Proficiency in financial systems like Oracle or NetSuite
