In this remote role, you will guide customers on retirement savings options like 401(k)s and IRAs, supporting them through key life events. What we are looking for

Provide phone guidance on retirement accounts (401K, IRA)
Educate customers on retirement plan options
Deepen customer relationships with Empower
Requires FINRA licenses or ability to obtain them
Minimum 1 year experience in performance-oriented roles
Remote work eligible
