Manager, Corporate Finance and Strategy

Collectors is seeking a Manager for its Corporate Finance & Strategy team to own core financial planning and reporting processes. This role involves managing annual operating plans, long-range plans, budgeting, forecasting, and headcount planning, while also improving existing systems and processes. The position requires strong analytical and modeling skills, with a focus on driving strategic decision-making and supporting executive reporting.

• Manage annual operating plan and quarterly planning cycles
• Support strategic long-range planning and scenario analysis
• Contribute to quarterly consolidated forecast and cash flow forecasting
• Prepare executive and board reporting packages
• Own company-wide headcount planning and approval process
• Serve as primary administrator for Adaptive Insights (Workday Adaptive Planning)
