Manager, Finance Business Partnering

Man Group is seeking a Finance Business Partnering Manager to join their London-based team. This role involves partnering with senior stakeholders to provide financial insight, reporting, and challenge, driving informed decision-making across the firm. You will manage a portfolio of business units, lead budgeting and forecasting, and contribute to strategic improvements within the finance function.

• Partner with senior business leaders and ExCo to provide financial insight and challenge
• Deliver monthly Direct Contribution reporting and analysis to Investment Management teams
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes for assigned Business Units
• Drive month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial information
• Manage and develop direct reports, fostering career growth
• Drive strategic and operational improvements within the Finance Business Partnering function
