Kaseya is seeking a Senior Analyst, Compensation & Analytics to optimize sales compensation strategies in a high-growth environment. This role involves data analysis, financial modeling, and reporting to drive compensation plan effectiveness and support ARR growth. You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, HR, and GTM Operations to provide actionable insights and build scalable reporting infrastructure.
