Consultant

As a Consultant in Financial Institutions Advisory, you will help banks, asset management, and insurance organizations transform their business models to meet evolving customer needs and drive sustainability. You will leverage your expertise in internal audit, AML, BSA, and OFAC to guide clients through strategic growth, innovation, and transformation initiatives. This client-facing role involves business development, project execution, and fostering strong client relationships.

• Lead internal audit risk assessments and planning for financial institutions
• Execute internal audit plans, including fieldwork and team guidance
• Manage engagement economics, scope, budget, and risks
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and identify new opportunities
• Possess deep knowledge of banking regulations, policies, and governance
• Experience with AML, BSA, OFAC compliance and internal audit programs
