Sr. Analyst, Investment Liaison, Fixed Income/Private Credit

T. Rowe Price is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Investment Liaison to manage the full transaction lifecycle for private credit investments. This role serves as a central coordination point, working with internal teams and external parties to ensure smooth deal execution and post-close management. You will play a key role in complex debt reorganizations and restructurings, ensuring operational readiness and data integrity for our growing private credit platform.

• Support end-to-end private credit transaction lifecycle
• Coordinate pre- and post-execution activities
• Liaise with internal investment, legal, and operations teams
• Act as primary contact for external agents, borrowers, and sponsors
• Manage complex debt reorganizations and restructurings
• Ensure data integrity and operational controls
