Executive Director for Financial Planning & Analysis

Barnard College seeks an Executive Director for Financial Planning & Analysis to lead budget, forecasting, and financial planning. This role serves as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, translating institutional priorities into sustainable financial plans and supporting resource allocation decisions.

• Lead annual and multi-year operating and capital budget development
• Develop financial models for forecasting, scenario analysis, and long-range planning
• Provide financial performance reporting and variance analysis to senior leadership
• Oversee the FP&A team and ensure effective use of Workday Finance
• Advise on financial implications of strategic initiatives and resource allocation
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in FP&A or related financial leadership roles
