What we are looking for
6- Lead and manage project teams of Associates and Consultants
- Structure complex strategic and analytical problems
- Synthesize analyses and deliver actionable recommendations to clients
- Interact with clients to understand problems and develop hypotheses
- 5+ years of experience in top-tier consulting or pharma/biotech
- Working knowledge of the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
