Stout's Investment Banking team is seeking a Summer Analyst to support ESOP transactions. You will gain hands-on experience in financial modeling, valuation, and client material preparation under the guidance of experienced professionals. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn foundational investment banking skills and contribute to impactful client engagements.
What we are looking for
6- Support ESOP formation, recapitalization, and capital markets transactions
- Conduct industry and company research
- Assist with financial analysis, modeling, and valuation
- Prepare client and marketing materials
- Gain exposure to live transactions and client calls
- Pursuing a degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or related field
