Strategic Human Capital Managing Consultant

Guidehouse is seeking a Managing Consultant to lead workforce transformation initiatives for the United States Secret Service. This role involves developing and implementing strategic human capital plans focused on hiring, retention, performance management, and workforce development, while leading a team of consultants.

• Lead workforce transformation efforts for the US Secret Service
• Develop strategic human capital plans and implementation plans
• Lead teams in stakeholder analysis and human capital data analysis
• Develop metrics for evaluating strategic human capital plans
• Manage multiple concurrent assignments and direct a team of at least 5
• Requires ability to obtain Public Trust clearance and 7+ years of relevant experience
