About this role
As a Management Consulting Manager, you will lead complex transformation programs for Life and Annuity and Group/Voluntary Benefits carriers. You will translate business objectives into operating model designs, technology solutions, and implementation plans, managing client relationships and developing junior team members. This role focuses on modernizing core platforms, evolving operating models, and deploying AI to drive measurable outcomes in efficiency, growth, and customer experience.

- Lead business and technology workstreams from strategy through implementation
- Define transformation objectives, operating models, and modernization roadmaps
- Redesign end-to-end workflows across Life & Annuity and Group Benefits value chains
- Design AI-enabled workflows and connect operations, digital core, data, and AI
- Manage stakeholders, scope, risks, and quality for workstreams
- Develop client relationships, identify growth opportunities, and mentor team members
