Consulting - Transformation Design & Delivery – Senior Analyst

PwC New Zealand is seeking experienced Senior Analysts to join their Transformation Design & Delivery practice in Auckland. This role involves designing and delivering complex transformation programs for clients, focusing on strategy, process, technology, and change management.

• Structure complex problems into actionable plans and deliver high-quality outcomes
• Work closely with clients to understand challenges and contribute to solutions
• Contribute to workstreams across transformation programmes, owning deliverables from planning to execution
• Build strong working relationships with clients and project teams
• Plan and manage work effectively, balancing priorities and adapting to changing needs
• Proactively identify and address risks, issues, and dependencies
