Strategy Consultant

Join Mercer's Strategy Consulting team in Mexico City as a Strategy Consultant. You will support transformation projects and organizational initiatives by developing creative solutions that integrate strategy, communication, innovation, HR, and digital. This hybrid role requires at least three days a week in the office.

• Develop creative solutions for transformation projects
• Integrate knowledge across strategy, communication, innovation, HR, and digital
• Support organizational design, work redesign, and cultural change initiatives
• Analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
• 3-5 years of experience in consulting or organizational development
• Intermediate English and strong communication skills
