As a Financial Analyst, you will partner with branch and district leadership to understand financial performance and identify opportunities for improvement. You will conduct in-depth analysis of KPIs, pricing, and operational trends, translating complex data into actionable business recommendations. This role involves building analytical models, enhancing reporting tools, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive better business decisions.

- Partner with field leadership to analyze financial and operational performance
- Conduct analysis on KPIs, pricing, and variances to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop and maintain analytical models and reporting tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI)
- Translate financial data into actionable business recommendations
- Support month-end close activities and incentive compensation calculations
- Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and IT teams
