Join Accenture's Technology M&A team to guide clients through the technology aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. You will work with C-suite executives to shape technological vision and drive value from transactions, focusing on post-signing activities like integration, separation, and Day 1 readiness.
What we are looking for
6- Lead technology workstreams for M&A, divestitures, and separations
- Develop Day 1 readiness and integration/separation strategies
- Manage technology risks, dependencies, and synergies
- Support Integration/Separation Management Offices (IMO/SMO)
- Develop TSA strategies and exit roadmaps
- Lead teams and manage project financials and delivery quality
