Oversee the financial administration of research grants at UBC Okanagan, including financial reporting, invoicing, and ensuring compliance with policies. This role involves managing staff and collaborating with the Manager to improve processes and resolve complex financial issues for researchers.

• Manage financial administration for a portfolio of research grants
• Provide financial advice and reporting to researchers
• Assess financial risk and recommend mitigation strategies
• Oversee grant budget development and monitor expenditures
• Conduct financial audits and ensure policy compliance
• Manage staff and lead a Research Finance Community of Practice
