Financial Benefits Consultant

Empower is seeking a licensed Financial Benefits Consultant to provide financial wellness guidance and account servicing to highly compensated participants. You will partner with Executive and Benefits Planners to support financial plans, facilitate account management, and help clients maximize their workplace benefits and wealth management solutions.

• Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with highly compensated participants
• Conduct financial wellness conversations
• Support financial plan development and implementation
• Facilitate account opening, maintenance, and servicing
• Serve as a knowledgeable resource on workplace benefits and retirement plans
• Maintain compliance with FINRA, SEC, and company regulations
