About this role

DWS is seeking a Structured Finance Analyst in New York to support the research, analysis, and surveillance of RMBS and CMBS. This role involves evaluating new and existing transactions, formulating investment recommendations, and maintaining data integrity within portfolio systems.

What we are looking for

Assist in evaluating new issue transactions and surveilling existing portfolio holdings
Formulate high conviction investment recommendations
Review offering memoranda and interpret legal/structural provisions
Underwrite collateral including cash flows, DSCR, LTV, and sponsor quality
Build and maintain cash flow models
Maintain data integrity within portfolio management and trading systems
