Santander is seeking an experienced Investment Banking Associate/Vice President to join our Industrials Group in New York. In this role, you will lead M&A transactions, manage client relationships, and drive new business opportunities within the Building Products and Distribution sectors. • Lead M&A transaction origination and execution in the Industrials sector
• Manage day-to-day deal processes and client interactions
• Develop financial models and client materials
• Cultivate new business opportunities with senior bankers
• Mentor junior team members
• 4+ years of Investment Banking experience in Industrials coverage
