Financial Analyst

Rocket Software is seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to own key operational workstreams for renewal execution. This role involves cross-functional partnership with sales and leadership teams to manage M&A-related renewals, account assignments, and process documentation. The analyst will monitor renewal health, support reporting, and drive process improvements, presenting findings to senior executives.

• Streamline financial renewal reporting and implement process improvements
• Support monthly reporting, rolling forecasts, and annual budgeting
• Analyze performance against plan and identify trends
• Present financial analysis to management and executive teams
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis as needed
• Minimum 3-5 years of Finance and/or Accounting experience
