About this role

As a Clearsight Investment Banking Analyst, you will be a key analytical and support member of our deal teams, working directly with clients and experienced professionals. You will develop financial models, conduct market research, prepare client presentations, and contribute to all stages of the M&A and capital raising process for technology and business services companies.

What we are looking for

Support senior bankers in deal execution and client onboarding
Develop complex financial models and valuation analyses
Conduct market research and industry analysis
Prepare client presentations and marketing materials
Interact directly with clients on engaged transactions
Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field required
