Financial Analyst

Kion SCS is looking for a Financial Analyst to join our team in Guadalupe, Mexico. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing contracts, processing customer orders, verifying billing data, and ensuring accurate and timely invoice processing. You will collaborate with various departments and respond to billing inquiries, playing a key role in our financial operations.

• Review contract documentation and resolve discrepancies
• Process customer orders in ERP system
• Verify billing data for accuracy and compliance
• Collaborate with departments on billing alignment
• Respond to customer and internal billing inquiries
• Proficiency in basic accounting, ERP systems, and MS Office (Excel)
