Senior Lead Finance Analyst - Branch Banking

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Finance Analyst to lead branch production forecasting and analytics for their national branch network. You will provide data-driven insights to influence strategy, drive growth, and support executive decision-making, acting as the finance partner for sales leaders. This role involves owning reporting, forecasting, and analysis of account production, developing business cases, and supporting incentive compensation design.

• Lead end-to-end reporting, forecasting, and analysis of account production
• Develop and maintain robust analytics, metrics and reporting
• Design, build and maintain data-driven business cases
• Prepare and present executive-level materials on production forecasts/trends
• Advise senior leaders on key growth strategies
• Champion process improvement initiatives focused on automation
