Senior Associate, Family Office Advisory (New York and San Francisco)

ICONIQ is seeking a Senior Associate for Family Office Advisory to support high-net-worth clients. This role involves coordinating complex operations, implementing financial strategies, and managing client service execution. You will act as a key point of contact, project lead, and collaborate with internal teams and external advisors.

• Support Relationship Managers and manage smaller family office relationships
• Coordinate complex trust and estate planning strategies with advisors
• Oversee investment operations, banking, and other family office services
• Translate client goals into actionable work plans
• Serve as a mentor and technical resource to client analysts
• Minimum 8 years of relevant industry experience
