Financial Analyst - Real Estate & Property Development

This hybrid role supports budgeting and forecasting for capital budgets, involving financial data analysis, variance reporting, and reconciliation. • Support budgeting and forecasting for Annual and Long-Range Divisional Capital Budgets
• Source, consolidate, interpret, and analyze financial data
• Perform variance analysis and financial modeling
• Partner with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or Business
• Minimum of 2 years professional experience in financial budgeting, forecasting, and analysis
