Health & Benefits Consultant, Project Manager

Mercer is seeking a Health & Benefits Consultant and Project Manager to manage consulting engagements for employers regarding their medical, dental, life, and disability benefit plans. You will act as the day-to-day project manager, communicating with carriers and vendors to secure coverage and ensuring successful project execution.

• Manage complex client engagements including strategy, financial evaluations, and plan design
• Execute sophisticated benefits design and renewal strategies
• Project manage scope of services and set client team roles
• Communicate Mercer's position on industry trends to clients
• Accountable for revenue and profitability of client accounts
• Monitor project success in terms of scope, budget, timeliness, and client satisfaction
