Director, Strategy & Business Operations

Visa is seeking a Director, Strategy & Business Operations to serve as a strategic partner to the SVP of Platform Products. This role will focus on developing, communicating, and executing the organization's strategy, translating priorities into measurable outcomes, and ensuring alignment across a global portfolio. You will drive strategic planning, business operations, executive communications, and cross-functional execution, leveraging AI-enabled ways of working to improve efficiency and decision quality.

• Partner with SVP and Leadership Team to develop and communicate strategy
• Translate strategy into focused outcomes, measures, and actions
• Design and facilitate strategic deep dives on key initiatives
• Develop high-quality narratives and presentations for senior leadership
• Lead key business management cadences and operating rhythms
• Identify and apply AI-enabled tools to improve strategy and communication
