Junior Consultant - Financial Services

As a Junior Consultant in Financial Services, you will tackle strategic challenges and drive transformation projects for leading banks, insurers, and capital market organizations. You'll develop digital strategies, enhance services with AI and data, and manage organizational change, collaborating closely with clients and diverse teams.

• Analyze market trends and client needs to develop strategic recommendations
• Contribute to new propositions, service improvements, and process redesigns
• Prepare and deliver workshops and presentations to clients and teams
• Support the implementation of change programs and new ways of working
• Requires a Master's degree and 0-2 years of relevant experience
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills in Dutch and English
