Sr. Manager, Consulting and Analytics

Visa Consulting and Analytics is seeking a Senior Manager to drive impactful projects for Visa's clients in the North America region, focusing on the Community FI segment. This role involves selling, delivering, and implementing consulting engagements for large US Financial Institutions and Issuing Banks, with a focus on developing strategies for profitable growth and customer engagement.

• Manage sales pipeline and sell consulting work against a sales target
• Lead initiatives to identify opportunities with Issuing Bank and Credit Union partners
• Contribute to consulting project work, playing a lead or contributor role
• Develop frameworks, approaches, solutions, and recommendations for clients
• Analyze large datasets to derive insights and recommendations
• Build new scalable solutions, toolkits, and best practice documents
