Financial Analyst

The Financial Analyst will support financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis to drive informed decision-making. This role partners with cross-functional teams to deliver insights, ensure financial discipline, and improve operational efficiency. • Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning
• Analyze financial results and identify key variances
• Monitor cost performance and identify savings opportunities
• Track plant KPIs and operational performance metrics
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or accounting
