R&D - Management Consulting Senior Manager

Accenture is seeking a Senior Manager for its Life Sciences Research Domain team in London. This role focuses on advising biopharma clients on R&D transformation using data, AI, and digital technologies. You will lead consulting engagements, manage client relationships, and contribute to business development and practice growth.

• Lead R&D consulting engagements from strategy through delivery
• Advise clients on R&D transformation, scientific data, AI, and lab capabilities
• Build and manage senior client relationships
• Support business development and opportunity creation across EMEA
• Contribute to practice growth through thought leadership and team mentoring
• Significant experience in Life Sciences R&D and consulting delivery
