Project Finance Manager

Peak Energy is seeking a Project Finance Manager to develop and maintain financial models for their sodium-ion battery projects. This role involves working directly with senior leadership and external partners to support investment decisions, financing negotiations, and capital allocation. The position offers a ground-floor opportunity in a rapidly growing sector.

• Own project-level financial models for investment decisions and financing
• Model capital structures including tax equity and project debt
• Support acquisition evaluation with go/no-go models
• Analyze IRA incentive structures and CAISO market dynamics
• Prepare investor-facing outputs and conduct sensitivity analyses
• 5-7 years in renewable energy or storage project finance
