Spencer Stuart is seeking a highly organized and intellectually curious Analyst to join our Board & CEO Advisory Practice. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving executive search assignments by conducting rigorous research, developing talent strategies, and producing client-ready deliverables. You will work closely with senior team members, manage multiple workstreams, and contribute to business development initiatives, gaining valuable experience in project management, research, and problem-solving.

What we are looking for

Support Board Advisory search assignments from start to finish
Conduct deep research to identify target companies and candidates
Develop market insights and talent mappings
Produce clear, client-ready deliverables with exceptional attention to detail
Manage multiple workstreams with accuracy and flexibility
Contribute to pitch materials and business development initiatives
