Investment & Corporate Banking – Healthcare, Analyst

Mizuho's Banking Division seeks an Investment & Corporate Banking Analyst to support healthcare clients in New York. You will be involved in the origination, structuring, and execution of M&A, equity, and debt capital markets transactions. This role requires strong analytical skills, financial modeling, and the ability to draft client materials.

• Conduct quantitative economic, industry, and company research
• Draft pitch books and client marketing materials for healthcare sectors
• Perform financial modeling, valuation, and comparable analyses
• Assist in structuring, underwriting, and executing financing transactions
• Develop and cultivate client relationships
• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Economics and 1+ year of relevant experience
