Industrial Security Director / Head of Product Security

Lead the industrial and product security programs for a high-performance silicones business serving the Aerospace & Defense industries. This role involves overseeing security policies, developing risk mitigation strategies, and ensuring compliance with government regulations. You will manage a team of security professionals and serve as a key liaison with government agencies.

• Oversee industrial security programs and lead product security organization
• Develop and implement security policies aligned with corporate and government requirements
• Manage information assurance and security programs for classified and sensitive information
• Serve as liaison with law enforcement, intelligence, and security agencies
• Lead a team of security professionals and ensure consistent application of leadership characteristics
• Maintain active DoD TS/SCI Security Clearance and U.S. citizenship
